The Phoenix Suns have been having a very surprising season so far this year, but they suffered an injury to a player who has been very consistent off of their bench. Leandro Barbosa fractured his hand in Tuesday’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, and will be out indefinitely. Phoenix has been very happy to have his veteran leadership in the locker room and he has also been able to play at a high level when put on the floor.

Barbosa has played in just 19 games this season with the Phoenix Suns, averaging 7.8 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. Hoops Nation

Barabosa overcame a torn ACL just over a year ago and now this. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery and can help the Suns in the postseason. – AL
