The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to trade Dwyane Wade to the Miami Heat in exchange for a heavily protected second-round pick. The Cavaliers will now re-route the second-round pick they received from Miami to Sacramento to complete an earlier deal.
With the Cavaliers retooling, and the sense the Wade wanted to return “home”, this was the move that suited all parties involved.
