The Cleveland Cavaliers will be receiving Rodney Hood and George Hill in a three-team trade.
Hood and Hill will be joining the newly acquired Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance in “The Land”.
Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose (Rose is expected to be bought out and the Minnesota Timberwolves are reportedly interested if that occurs) be headed to Utah, and unfortunately for Joe Johnson, he lands in Sacramento.
