We\u2019re counting down to Valentine\u2019s Day by looking at 14 different Valentine’s Day episodes\u00a0from a variety of shows. Today we\u2019re looking at \u201cBewitched, Bothered and Bewildered\u201d from Buffy the Vampire Slayer<\/i>. Let\u2019s take a look at this episode by going over its five most romantic pairings.<\/p>\n
1. Xander & Cordelia<\/strong><\/p>\n Yeah, Xander and Cordelia have their problems in this episode. She breaks up with him because her friends don’t think he’s cool and then he tries to put a love spell on her just so he can break up with her and have his revenge. But, they have great moments to. In the beginning, Xander is nervous about his first Valentine’s Day with a girlfriend. Instead of pulling a Xander, he actually gets Cordelia a gift she loves. He picks out a necklace in the shape of a heart. When Buffy jokes that Cordelia might not know what a heart is, Xander actually defends her and says they’ve been getting along. They both learn a lot in the episode and by the end they’re adorably walking hand-in-hand as Xander assures her that everything will be okay.<\/p>\n 2. Willow & Oz<\/strong><\/p>\n Willow is adorably excited to tell everyone that her boyfriend is in a band. (When Buffy says she’s told everyone, Willow responds, “Only in this hemisphere!”) Later, Oz punches Xander because Willow’s upset, which I say makes him ultimate boyfriend goals.<\/p>\n 3. Angelus & Drusilla<\/strong><\/p>\n He gave her a human heart “from a quaint little shopgirl” that’s still warm. That’s just love.<\/p>\n 4. Spike & Drusilla<\/strong><\/p>\n He’ll just never be as smooth as Angelus, but he loves Drusilla a lot, even when she’s blatantly flirting with Angelus in front of him.<\/p>\n 5. Giles & Jenny<\/strong><\/p>\n Giles and Jenny are in a very rocky spot in this episode and he has every right to be mad at her.
