Ryan Reynolds<\/a> as Deadpool looks absolutely amazing. Photos on set have been spreading like wildfire, and the full costume is a knockout. This is a character that deserves to be in a Marvel movie, and no, his horrible cameo in X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/em> doesn’t count. In fact, X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/em> is barely considered a movie.<\/p>\n

The “merc with a mouth” will be joined by characters such as Colossus and Warhead, as he will be wreaking havoc while flexing his trademark sarcasm. Equipped with his two handguns, as he might be a fan of John Woo, along with his two swords, the photos of Reynolds in the full costume look very promising. Reynolds was born to play this role, so hopefully everything goes according to plan.<\/p>\n

Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the guys who gave us Zombieland<\/em>, are the brains behind the script, and Tim Miller is directing the film. Who’s Tim Miller? No idea. This will be his first full-feature project, but I’m sure he can top the mess that was X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/em>. The lovable anti-hero isn’t exactly family-friendly, so they’re going to stick to an R-rating. The last time a successful R-rated Marvel character movie came out was with Guillermo Del Toro’s Blade II<\/em>!<\/p>\n
