Each of the four silhouettes, including the Nike Shox Turb XIV, the Air Max Motion, the Air Max 90 Breathe, and the Roshe Run Slip-on, offer vibrant renditions of time-tested classics and new-age icons alike.

The Air Max Motion, another underutilized canvas brought to the forefront in this collection, breathes new life with a perforated leather upper, glow-in-the-dark detailing, and Rio badging.

The Nike Air Max Motion City ‘Rio’ makes great use of neutral grey to make its accent colors (particularly Volt) pop. It’s a sneaker that has its ties to the past in the way it’s constructed with its smooth full-body upper overlay, and surprisingly mutes the Dynamic Flywire cables. The heel loop is obnoxiously large and the silhouette is a bit blocky, but the Rio colorway plays these down a bit, making for a competent lifestyle shoe at the very least.
