This past weekend, Reebok debuted a short video that gives an inside look into JJ Watt’s training routine and constant pursuit of excellence.

Watt, wearing a pair of Reebok ZPump Fusion sneakers, explains how sacrifice and hard work are key when pursuing any goal.

“All the hard work, all the sweat, all the tears, all the waking up early—that all comes into one moment, and that’s that lock in moment when it’s time to go,” Watt says.
