‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Trailer Released to the World

Will X-Men: Apocalypse bring you to the theater?

X-Men: Apocalypse is the sequel to 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past and is the ninth film in the X-Men film series. The ensemble cast includes James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Rose Byrne, Olivia Munn, and Lucas Till. That’s plenty of talent that should collectively bring this story to life.

In this X-Men film, the first and most powerful mutant, Apocalypse, awakened after several millennia, is disillusioned with the world he finds. This is an ominous development for all who hold the sanctity of humanity to be important. He recruits a team of mutants (The Four Horsemen) to help cleanse humanity and create a new world order. Raven (Lawrence), along with help from Professor Xavier (McAvoy), must lead a team of young X-Men to stop Apocalypse and save humanity.

X-Men: Apocalypse is scheduled to be released on May 27, 2016. The trailer is full of action and reasons for fans to be excited. I expect this installment to be a major box office success and a quality film. Time will tell if these words become truthful or not.
