Indiana Pacers forward Paul George, came out firing and dropped the first NBA Playoff triple-double of his career. George tallied 23 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists to lead the Pacers past the Atlanta Hawks 107-90 in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference first-round series.
