The Golden State Warriors, who seem to be forever the underdog, are now exactly that, facing the Denver Nuggets with their injured All Star David Lee in street clothes cheering from the bench .
The Warriors rolled out a three-guard lineup Tuesday night, headed by Stephen Curry’s 30 points and 13 assists. Surprise starter Jarrett Jack had 26 points, while rookie Harrison Barnes dropped a career-high 24 in his debut at power forward. Klay Thompson chipped in with 21 of his own.
The Steph Curry-led Warriors dealt the Nuggets their first loss at home in over three months, a 131-117 shocker that tied their playoff series at a game apeice.
