‘The Colbert Report’ Celebrity-Filled Send Off

colbert-report-send-off

The Colbert Report is over, and what better way to end a show than with a celebrity-filled rendition of “We’ll Meet Again” with the piano stylings of Randy Newman leading the way. This ends a nine-year run for Stephen Colbert and company, but indeed, we’ll be seeing him again as Colbert takes over for David Letterman on The Late Show. In this great send off, many celebrities came to sing with Colbert and it’s a tremendous group. My favorite celebrity spotting was Neil deGrasse Tyson, but there were many more, such as James Franco, President Bill Clinton (sort of), and Big Bird. Watch the send off below and see who else you can spot.

Congratulations to Stephen Colbert and The Colbert Report crew. Truly one of the best TV programs to have ever graced the small screen.
