The disgusting trend of abuse in the NFL continues as San Francisco 49ers running back Bruce Miller was arrested at an undisclosed location this week on spousal abuse charges.

The charges come one year after Mill beamed on becoming newly engaged, and buying a house after receiving a three-year contract extension with the 49ers. Miller’s key contribution to the team was as a blocker for Frank Gore, however Miller did manage 18 carries for 189 yards (10.5 yards per carry) and two touchdowns this past season.

Miller was a converted defensive end coming out of college at Central Florida.

Continuing with the trend of the disappointing Arizona Cardinals linebacker Alex Okafor was also arrested this week after he led police on a foot chase.

Police responded to a disturbance in an Austin entertainment district where they approached and interviewed Okafor before he fled on foot. He has been charged with evading arrest and was released on bond Monday, March 9th.

At this point I’m just getting tired of telling people what a sad state of affairs the NFL is off the field these
