Air Jordan 5 Retro ‘Metallic Silver’ gets re-Retro treatment

The Air Jordan 5 Retro is my favorite Air Jordan Retro silhouette. I can’t tell you why (and being a woman, I know that girls prefer cute, sleek shoes, but I don’t. Cute sleek shoes would make me look weird because I’m 5’7″ and weigh more than 100 lbs.) (Ed’s note: Well ok, Piera. LOL.)

The Air Jordan 5 Retro “Metallic Silver” comes with a tumbled leather upper. I like tumbled leather. I also like clean shoes that are white, black or grey. The AJ5 Metallic Silver are white, black and grey and one of my favorite silhouettes, which equals me liking them. It’s a classic; however, I just wished that the translucent sole would have come in a smoked out grey instead of the regular used blue tint.

(Ed.’s note: The Air Jordan 5 Retro was originally produced as the Air Jordan 5 Retro+ 3/4-Hi, a then-exclusive, non-original colorway of the original as a new retro production. What you’re seeing now is actually a Retro release of a Retro-OG, which, you can see is a bit confusing, but that’s what happens when Retros get more Retro treatment in the Jordan Brand.)
