Opinion: Nike Dunk High Premium SB ‘Familia’ is ‘well-transferred’ concept

Nike SB teamed up with Minneapolis-based skate shop Familia not long ago to deliver another SB version of the classic Dunk silhouette — officially known as the Nike Dunk High Premium SB ‘Familia’. The story behind the shoe is pretty cool. The shoes was inspired by the tall tale of the lumberjack Paul Bunyan and his best friend Babe, a blue ox. I really like how well the design resembles the concept. The swirling texture of the synthetic leather, the yellow horn swoosh. The idea is definitely well-transferred on the shoe’s look. Now, do I like them? I do! They are cool, nothing innovative, but I enjoy a sneaker that tells a story. Plus you can’t hate on an ox pet called Babe, bruh!
