Sometimes, tradition is everything, and having a classic look can make a bolder statement than maintaining the appearance of the status quo…which is why the Miami Hurricanes men’s and women’s basketball teams look so good now. Behold, the new adidas Miami Hurricanes basketball uniforms. Tasteful and a delight.

adidas and University of Miami today unveiled new uniforms for the Hurricanes basketball team to wear during the 2015-2016 season.
The new short is highlighted by team color stripes just below the waistband that incorporate hurricane style cuts and patterns throughout. “Hurricanes” is etched across the jersey’s shoulder for the players to see when they don the uniform. Both the short and the jersey were constructed with lightweight, sweat-wicking technology to enhance breathability and ventilation, even in the most intense moments of the game.
The Hurricanes new uniforms will include options to wear a variety of the latest adidas basketball footwear including Miami colorways of the Crazylight Boost 2015, D Lillard 1, and D Rose 6 signature shoes from NBA All-Stars Damian Lillard and Derrick Rose.
Fans can pick up their new Hurricanes gear this November at adidas.com and campus area retailers.
