Washington Wizards guard John Wall surprised a few unsuspecting D.C. kids when he opened the door of an unassuming row house in Capitol Hill and presented trick-or-treaters with pairs of his newly launched signature shoe the J Wall 1 instead of candy.

The J Wall 1 is John’s first signature basketball shoe from adidas. It features a sleek, bold design inspired by Wall’s quick on-court play and fashion forward off-court style. The shoe is branded with the new John Wall logo which incorporates Wall’s initials, “JW” and is designed with the “J” crossing-over to the “W” as a nod to his quick playing style and ability to cross over defenders.
