Last weekend was Comic Con in San Diego and in typical Comic Con fashion, Warner Bros debuted a new trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Rather than risk bootleg copies of the trailer popping up on the Internet, Warner Bros decided to release the trailer online for everyone to see.
The trailer is close to 4 minutes long, but provides viewers a better understanding of Ben Affleck’s Batman and Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman. The trailer features a scene where Bruce Wayne is trying to rescue someone during the final battle sequence from 2013’s Man of Steel. The camera later pans out and you can see the building that collapsed was Wayne Tower. This trailer shows viewers more scenes as well as Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Batman (Ben Affleck), and Superman (Henry Cavill) fighting what looks to be each other in an all-out battle sequence.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the sequel to 2013’s Man of Steel. The all-star cast includes Henry Cavill (The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Immortals), Ben Affleck (The Town, Argo), Gal Gadot (Date Night, Fast and Furious 6), Jeremy Irons (Die Hard with a Vengeance, Margin Call), Amy Adams (Leap Year, American Hustle), Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network, Now You See Me), and Laurence Fishburne (Ride Along, The Matrix). The film is set to be released in the United States on March 25, 2016 in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D.
